Channeling Barbra

Just as I was drafting a post about: how I've become less resilient over my 39 years; how the good news was that the car repair only cost $1,000 and the really good news was that it would only cost another $400 to fix the oil leak they found; how I just want to either give up on ever finding a house or SCREAM; I received this comment via e-mail:

Since you are unable to see the bright side of things at the moment, I will give you my opinion of what your bright side is: It took a hurricane for you to get stressed out and post about your frustration. In all other posts, you make every situation into a funny one and this is a change for your devoted bloggers. I'd say that the bright side of this is that it takes nothing less than Mother Nature to rain on your sunny disposition.

In honor of April's nice comment, I just want to say: "Don't bring around a cloud to rain on my parade."

Hope the sun shines soon.

It's all big puffy white clouds here and moonshine in between. If I huff and puff real hard, I might be able to get them over to you.

Hang tough, sister.
