Marcia Lynx Qualey

Well, on the homework front: I taught at an English-language school here in Cairo, and many of the parents knew only a few words in English. But the kids did great nonetheless. The parents were still able to show enthusiasm (read me that story again, even if I have no idea what those monkeys are doing), which is the important part, I think.

I am a HUGE believer in language-immersion schools. In fact, my husband and I are hoping to move to Canada around the time Isaac starts school...if you'll have us. (Pretty please? I was born in Minnesota, which is almost Canada, eh?)

That's a wicked hardthing to do.We just moed this past summer, and findinga house you want to buy is hard enough....but throw good schools in the mix and it gets that much harder!Good luck!
