Hi Julie,

Keep the goals small. It would be much better to finish a small list and have a moment of nothing to do than to have one item on your list left to do.

The only thing that's ever helped me is meditating, even 5 minutes twice a day. I don't practice it daily, but I really should. It makes a magical difference in mindset and stress levels.
